By using this site or enrolling in any Varsity House Gym program, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Programs are intended for the age groups described. A parent or guardian must register athletes under 18.

Health disclaimer

Athletic training carries inherent risk. Always consult a physician before beginning any new training program. Results vary by individual based on effort, consistency, and other factors.

Payments and refunds

Pricing and billing cadence are listed on each program card. Payments are processed through MindBody. Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of your first session.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varsity House Gym is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in our programs.
